| Mission Statement |
| Shih Tzu Rescue of Central Wisconsin
is an all-volunteer organization, dedicated to saving the lives of
abused,
abandoned and unwanted Shih Tzu or Shih Tzu mixes. Our
organization
is funded entirely by donations from wonderful people like you and all
money
collected is used solely for medical care for these little dogs.
The organization
is based in Central Wisconsin . We are always looking for
wonderful,
loving homes to adopt our Shih Tzu. |
| Each and every dog accepted
into the program undergoes a physical examination by a veterinarian, is
spayed/neutered, brought up to date on shots, heart worm checked,
started on
monthly heart worm preventative medication, wormed, and any other
medical
problems they may have will be treated prior to being adopted. |
| We have no shelter - all of
our dogs live in foster homes in the Central Wisconsin area until we
find them
a home. The adoption fees are based on the age of the Shih
Tzu. These fees are used to offset our vet bills and range from
$125.00 to $400.00 depending on the age of the Tzu and the amount of
veterinarian fees. |
| We are always in need of
more foster homes – all it takes is an open heart. If you live in
the
Central Wisconsin area and are interested in fostering please fill out
a foster
application from the Navigation Panel to the left. |
| If you can't foster but are interested in
helping
with rescue in any other way, please look over the Volunteer Form in
the Navigation Panel, or contact me at:

What if Shih Tzu Rescue of
Central WI earned a penny every time you searched the Internet?
Well, now we can!
GoodSearch.com is a new search engine that donates half its revenue,
about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. You use
it just as you would any search engine, and it's powered by Yahoo!, so
you get great results.
Finally, add GoodSearch to your IE, Firefox, or Mac toolbar, and make
GoodSearch your homepage.
Thank you for your ongoing support for the little "fluffs" in need.
